1) Watercolor Pencils with Saturated Pigments - Choose set of 12, 36 or 72  

When watercolor pencils have fully saturated pigments, they will be vivid both dry and wet. That way you can draw with them or paint and the colors will be rich. These pencils fit the bill; they look good both dry and wet.

I like creating a line drawing and then running it through a printer so I can paint the line drawing on watercolor paper.

I buy the sheets of 5x7 when I want to create a greeting card and when I want to create a painting, I use the 8x10 sheets.
